The Alpha Centauri 3 Colonization Enterprise was created to ensure normal citizens of the planet Earth would be able to stake a claim and own their own property on any newly discovered inhabitable planet in the Alpha Centauri 3 System.  A declaration of ownership has been drafted, dated, certified and is held in trust by our attorneys to be filed with the United Nations at such time as the planet is discovered.  This gives ACCE first and exclusive rights to any such planet discovered in the Alpha Centauri 3 System.
